Our certified and experienced grant administrators will work with you to determine what grants may be available to support the project you seek to fund and to determine if any match is required. We have skilled, highly trained CGA's who are experienced and aware of many regional, state, and federal grants across many agencies and foundations.
Grant Application & Agreements
Our certified grant administrators are familiar with the various state and federal grant portals and will therefore, work with you to prepare and submit grant applications. If awarded, the CGA's will work through development agreements and contracts with the recipient, sub-recipients, contractors, engineers, architects, etc. and the granting agency.
Grant Reporting & Administration
Having access to the reporting and administrative portal will also ensure reporting and continual management of each grant is easy to track and all deadlines are met. Our CGA's will upload required invoices and documentation for scheduled reporting. Reimbursements depend on reporting and draw requests. Our CGA's will work with you through the terms of the grant award and agreement.
Project Management Services
Our Chief Development Strategist is a certified professional community and economic developer and certified elected municipal official, serving as the mayor and elected official of a progressive rural community in Southwest Iowa. With more than 25 years of experience in the development field, she is skilled and highly motivated.
